Hi and welcome to Term 3.  We are busy getting ready for our "School Production".  We are really excited about this.  We are also looking at the Common Wealth Games and we are sooooo happy that New Zealand has already got Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.  We will be looking at 2D and 3D shapes for maths and at the moment we have been doing character writing.  Te Roopu Matau are organising a fun day this term and this will relate to the Common Wealth Games.  Room 2 are also doing Hockey later on in the Term.  If you have questions please send and e-mail or see me before or after school.  Thanks and enjoy our Blog!!!!!

We were lucky enough to have the Music Mission come to Trentham School.  The students from Te Roopu Matau and Patu were put into different groups and taught how to play and instrument.  There were body percussion, rubbish bin lids, ukulele, broom handles and choir.  Room 2 loved working with other students from different classrooms and learning a new skill relating to music.  Here are our fantastic students showing you how talented they are.  Well done!!!

Room 2 and Room 18 had a day together creating art to go into the hall.  The whole school had to think of some Mini Beasts that we would like to make.  We chose spiders. We enjoyed working together and we love our spiders.  Here are the photo's of our scary spiders.
